HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Delivering your order is done by our contracted partner, GLS. In case of a domestic purchase, your order will arrive to the address within 5 working days, the latest. After placing an order, you can track your package with the GLS tracking service, where you can follow the parcel from time of shipping all the way to delivery with expected delivery date and time.

Delivery by Mother's Day (5 May) is guaranteed for orders placed by 12:00 on 30 April.

Please note that for some products (eg custom phone case, custom-made jersey, engraved products, etc.) the delivery time may increase, in which case the Fradi Shop staff will contact the customer.

When paying with credit card at the order, shipping cost is discounted: 2.000 Ft
When choosing collect on delivery, paying with cash or card upon delivery, shipping cost is 2.490 Ft
The cash on delivery fee is 490 Ft in all cases
In-store pick-up fee is 990 Ft
GLS parcel point fee 1.490 Ft
For domestic orders prepaid with bank card above 30.000 Ft, shipping is FREE

CAN I WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASING AN ITEM?

Following the commercial law practice, we hereby state that if you are not satisfied with the quality of a purchased item for an acceptable reason, you have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the order made. In this case, please fill out our Withdrawal form that can be found on our website, and send back a notified copy electronically to fradishop@fradi.hu or via post to 1091, Budapest, Üllői út. 129, Fradi Shop. You can download and fill out the Withdrawal form online here.

Within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your Withdrawal form, we will reimburse you for the full amount you have paid for your order (product price and shipping cost). If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the ordered and undamaged item depending on our stock, or you can purchase a different item for the same amount as the price of the returned item. We recommend using the sizing chart on our website to determine the right size.

We can only provide the options to reimburse, exchange or purchase a different item if the original order has been returned, or if the return has been credibly confirmed by the consumer. 

HOW CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS THAT I ALREADY RECEIVED, BUT I WANT TO EXERCISE MY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

In this case, we would like to refer to the following rule of procedure: if you inform us about your decision to withdraw from an order you purchased online within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving that order, you have another 14 (fourteen) days to return the item to us to the following address: „1091 Budapest, Üllői út 129., Fradi Shop”.

The consumer/customer always bears the cost of returning an item. We can only accept items that are undamaged.

As per our GTC, we are not able to accept, reimburse or exchange items in the following categories: personalized items, perishable or items with short expiry date (food, alcohol etc.), items that are opened from their sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons (face mask, deodorant, etc.)

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

In the Fradi Shop store, it is possible to exchange products in person and with the help of our logistics partner (GLS). If you wish to exchange an item or buy something else in the amount of the original order at our store, we will require the invoice slip or a receipt proving the financial transaction. If you wish to exchange the product with a courier service, please indicate the exchange request or the purchase intention in an email. The product to be exchanged should be packed in a box and will be picked up by our logistics partner (GLS) for a fee of HUF 2,490 (payable at the courier by cash or card), and then it will be replaced by the selected product brought back by our logistics partner.

WILL THE SHIPPING COST BE REIMBURSED BESIDES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT?

In case of withdrawing from a purchase for an acceptable reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal we will also reimburse the EU shipping fee besides the price of the product. In case of withdrawal, the customer always bears the responsibility and the cost of returning the item.
